Tuscan Tomato Soup - Chef are you !!!

Chop a leek and fry in a little extra virgin olive oil. Add half bottle of cut large tomatoes (summer using ripe tomatoes peeled) and let cook a little. ' Meanwhile slice / pieces a draft of stale Tuscan bread and prepare a pan of broth with Nut Natural Chefseitu. Throw in tomato sauce bread and a little stock. Turn with a wooden spoon and put a lot of fresh basil. Continue turning gradually adding the broth, depending on the consistency that is want. Season with salt. Serve in bowls with a leaf of fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil over again. It is also delicious with a little pepper. Enjoy your meal!
